The 2025 IEEE 102nd Vehicular Technology Conference

Authors must register in order to submit final papers. Each paper must have either a full registration or an additional paper charge associated with it.
Existing VTS members, be sure to register at the VTS member rate to receive the discount. Please have your IEEE member number available when registering.

Announcement – VTC registrations will include all workshops! Tutorials are included for this conference only. VAT may apply, but are currently no included in the prices below. Prices are in USD.

Registration cancellation/refund policies

The Conference Secretariat must be notified by e-mail at tlan@tlan-group.com in the event of cancellation of registration. Corresponding refunds will be made after the Conference. The following cancellation conditions apply:

Sep 18, 2025 – Sep 10, 2025	\|	50% of the registration fee
From Sep 10, 2025	\|	No refund
